Tulle Dressings

Hydrotul®

Hydroactive ointment dressings made of hydrophobic open-weave polyamide lattice tulle, impregnated with a hydroactive ointment mass which transforms into a water-in-oil emulsion upon absorption of wound exudate; in addition, the hydrocolloid particles embedded in the ointment mass absorb and store wound moisture and form, together with the emulsion, a gel containing triglyceride, which provides an optimum moist wound environment and keeps at the same time the wound margins soft and supple; permeable to exudate, particularly soft and good drapable, can easily be cut to size, does not stick to the wound.

The ointment mass contains:
Ester mixture of natural or vegetable fatty acids, bound as di- and triglycerides, vaseline, emulsifiers.

Atrauman® Ag

Silver-containing ointment dressings made of hydrophobic polyamide lattice tulle, with fibres coated with elemental silver; they have an antibacterial effect against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria when in direct contact with the dressing; impregnated with a neutral ointment mass without additives of vaseline or other paraffins; permeable to exudate, particularly soft and good drapable, does not stick to the wound; even effective during long-term use and they are neither sensitising nor allergising and have an antibacterial effect for at least 7 days.

The ointment mass contains:
Ester mixture of natural or vegetable fatty acids, bound as di- and triglycerides, Macrogol 2000.

Atrauman®

Non-medicated ointment dressings made of hydrophobic, close-weave polyester tulle, with smooth surface structure, impregnated with a neutral ointment mass; their vegetable fatty acids actively support lipid metabolism and thereby promote healing process; without additives of vaseline or other paraffins; permeable to exudate, particularly soft and good drapable, does not stick to the wound; even effective during long-term use and they are neither sensitising nor allergising

The ointment mass contains:
Ester mixture of natural or vegetable fatty acids, bound as di- and triglycerides.

Grassolind®

Non-medicated ointment dressings made from open-weave gauze, which is permeable to air and exudate; impregnated with a neutral ointment mass; the thick layer of ointment mass is not washed away even in cases of high exudation; can easily be cut to size; even effective during long-term use and they are neither sensitising nor allergising.

The ointment mass contains:
White vaseline, fatty acid diglycerol esters of carbonate and dicarbonate, synthetic wax.
